San Antonio Real Estate: Key Trends to Watch in 2025

Home Value Trends in San Antonio

As we kick off 2025, home value trends across San Antonio reveal a mixed bag of appreciation and depreciation depending on the neighborhood. Northside neighborhoods, such as The Park at Deerfield and The Forest at Stone Oak, are seeing significant gains, with property values reaching upwards of $763,000 to nearly $1 million. On the other hand, areas like Nevada Street and Riverside are experiencing declines in property values, with drops of 7.5% and 6.8%, respectively (Source).

For those of us in the San Antonio real estate world, these fluctuations aren't surprising. Neighborhoods on the North Side are known for their strong school districts and family-friendly communities, making them highly desirable for both local buyers and those relocating from out of state. However, the East and West sides offer hidden gems that are more affordable and still have potential for appreciation. If you have clients looking for opportunities, these areas may be worth exploring. Let's not overlook the charm and cultural richness that these neighborhoods bring to our city.
